Don't lock omen he's kind of sucks low rank, lock clove, duelist, or viper instead.
Well it might not be good at high ranks, but in low ranks like silver its free elo.
don't lock hard entry duelists (jett is okay but i wouldn't recommend other movement agents)
every first contact duelist is good but risks having a braindead controller player that can't smoke
lock clove only if you're trying to climb in ranked, literally every other controller is sub-par in comparison to clove
you could lock a sentinel but i wouldn't recommend it
don't lock initiators just play phoenix if you want flashes

I’m on the best vcc team and we use clove every game lmao, clove is the best vcc agent
Find a warmup with dms thats no longer than like 30 mins, then play a few ranked games, then vod review your aim since your still only in silver.
You should also look at a pro player who plays your agent and jsut try to copy what they do, once you get to plat try to understand why they do it and learn even more
