2020 Tokyo Olympics had ROC (Russian Olympic Committee)
2024 Paris Olympics had AIN (Individual Neutral Athletes) for Belarusian & Russian athlete.
It could happen for the wildcard slot. I'm assuming they can't announce it early to evade early backlash, but this wildcard slot does skip qualification process. Its essentially a direct invite where players would be qualified under ENC pts. Russian players can fit that criteria with something, vo0kashu, chronicle etc.

but oh well I digress..
cuz of the war thing sadly. that's why gambit had no choice but to disband. I can understand why but damn.
