Rulebook says play on Hk servers for asian qualifiers. Untill unless both teams decide to play on a server they mutually agreed upon, it has to be HK server. India is asking for sg servers coz it would be 10 ping difference(higher for Japan).
But if they play on Hk, ita 40 ms difference (higher for india). And hence meiy/his chat crying for hk servers
