7 players? Is this incase of vias not working out or smth

Many other countries (not just USA) field 7 players to increase their rank in ENC pts (top 16 gets direct invite to main event).
US has 1st world passport, they won't get into VISA issues.
Most teams have 7 players and its probably like the world cup where you can either sub players between maps or sub out a player not playing well.
