he has had a total of 2 games where he hasn't gone negative out of the 13 that he's played in tier 1 (he's negative in ~82% of maps he plays)

He's got a contract until 2028 with them, it might be too expensive to release him.

I think Silentzz's problem isn't that he is inconsistent it's just that he's a bad rifler which is a big problem for the natural roles he should be playing. He's like Cryo but without the mechanical skill
I don't think he's a bad rifler at all. I think when he looks bad he looks really bad with every gun. But when he does good its mainly with rifles. His problem is that his lows are reeeeeeeeally low and he snowballs very easily into them
the only moments I can remember being consistently impressed with Silentzz (not just a round here and there) was when he was on jett - op duty last year on 2G in split 2. It really felt like he was in his comfort zone. Every time I watch him use a vandal I can see the mechanical weaknesses tbh
