Keep Neon (agent) Phoenix Chamber structure in Haven, Pearl and Ascent because its their comfort and its still gonna work
Put Neon (player) on Jett and Spike on Omen on Split and do Raze Jett
Keep Lotus Permaban if you want
Change Breeze and Fracture comp I dont know what comp but change it

For breeze they can do Sato on phoenix, Neon on Jett, Spike on Omen/Kayo, and then Kingg on Viper/Harbor
