the main reason G2 win in crunch time is because of rounds like this where someone just pulls off random multikills out of their ass

them and PRX are the only teams able to do this

You say only g2 and prx can do this, but this is basically how China teams win half their rounds.

china teams are playing other china teams though so it doesn't really speak to their own skill but rather a lack of skilled opponents

AG did it against M8's countless times and we've seen Chinese teams do it countless times in the past so no its really not because they played against teams lacking skill.
