There's a clip of him on Haven not listening to Verno repeatedly saying "don't peek don't peek don't peek" over and over and he proceeds to peek anyways. He gets the kill but Verno is clearly very fed up with him not listening to his calls.
iirc that was last round of the game and it was a 1v4 or 1v5 i dont think thats him ignoring calls
I'm pretty sure swinging when your IGL says "don't peek" multiple times is ignoring calls lol. Also from Verno's reaction it was not the first time something like that happened.

this type of stuff happens all the time in pro teams, even listen to THvVIT grandfinal round listenins and many times someone said dont peek and the other teammate just wide swings lol. in the moment you play off feeling and arent listening as much
Just look at Verno's reaction afterwards, ofc in the heat of the moment you will swing and stuff but when your IGL looks pissed off you didn't listen to him you know this isn't the first time Mazino didn't listen to his calls.
