Hear me out...
- British head coach, has worked in EMEA before
- Was pivotal in NRG winning Champs last year
- Known for his good anti stratting
- Has tons of experience
He would be a good fit for the Head Coach position ngl

Can you show me where he was "pivotal in NRG winning Champs last year"? Is that an assumption or are you referencing something other than the results?
Strong with NRG: Won champs without dropping a series, got 3rd at Santiago
Strong without NRG: almost missed out on playoffs, look like a bottom 5 team in the region
Really? An assistant coach is your reasoning for that? Not a change in players? I'm sorry but that seems far fetched.
What do you think Strong did that had a larger impact than s0m from the assistant coach role?
That's what I'm trying to understand. Not that I'm throwing shade at the role but the impact seems overstated.
Okay, then please help me understand the impact that Strong had that isn't result based. I'm happy to take evidence in the form of people saying nice things about him on twitter when he left. Any videos that we have on YouTube that show him in action.
But this idea that s0m leaving doesn't have a larger impact on their current form than Strong leaving is where I draw the line and require some level of proof. s0m has eliminations, deaths, a trophy he held up based on his performance.
Strong has...
I am not defending the idea that strong had a huge impact on NRG or not.
I am telling you that the title of AC coach doesn't mean shit in terms of a people's actual responsibilities in the team
I would need to know additional details to confirm your statement. But once again, we run into the same issue, no one knows what goes on in NRG except the people in NRG. We don't get much insight into the process or what their roles and responsibilities are and so it seems that in the end, we are left making assumptions that don't amount to much but internet babble.
it's VLR, a team's failure must always be equated to a person's absence no matter what
Like he drove them there? Does he have a pilots license? Unless you can actual show me what the assistant coach did, I would argue that the general manager or even the CEO of the team has just as much impact. You know why? Because I'm making it up, just like you :)
You can't just say someone had an impact. You need to show evidence of impact. Don't just say it, show it.
Just look at their games before he became head coach wtf are you on about? went from being an average/mid international team to a proper contender for winning it?
How do you not see in your head that you are just making things up? You don't know what happened on that team. You don't know what level of contribution existed. You just presume to know what behinds closed doors? This sort of cognitive dissonance is why this community struggles with reality. You definitely still believe in the easter bunny and santa claus because hey, your parents told you so and you never didn't see them, so they must exist. lol.
fnatic is boaster dictatorship, elmapuddy got kicked like this too. he also said he didnt even get to do the vetos for the team. whoever boaster wants next will be there
Strong is probably just the best option available if you want to win internationals tbh. Him & Desmo both know how NA teams play. Both have experience in internationals also. And both have had experience in EMEA aswell.
