I change my mind. He could still be viable without salvo refresh but only if they get a faster windup like Kayo molly. In which case:
Windup 1.5s >>> 0.8s (still slower than Kayo's)
Pulses 3 >>> 4 (so total duration remains the same)
Skye flash should stay at 60s refresh tho. Ain't no way we go back to 2023 info flash spam.
3 pulses to 4 is deadass gonna be so cancer for post you dont understand and with a faster windup time aswell. If you save 2 missiles for post its actually gg's you will see suicide notes in all chat from the opponent team
It would be the same total duration, it just starts dealing damage sooner. The only difference from its current state is that you would not be able to stick through a salvo when spike is halved, which hardly ever happens
And one salvo? At that point he's just breach with a drone instead of flashes
Are y'all just traumatized from his release state? Salvo for scaling/post-plant is hardly worse than Astra suck, and for killing ppl in corners it's hardly worse than Raze nade or Breach aftershock
If he only gets two, and at the cost of being the only initiator without any util refresh how does that not make the ability balanced?
