I know that everyone wanted Neon nerfs, but just like Yoru, this is overkill. She is worse than her rework, no fuel recharge on kills and the hard cap on her movement. They really should get some people outside the Riot dev team to balance agents as so far they have only managed to kill the agents under the guise of balancing.

the patch after champs last year nerfing every agent has to be top 1 worst patch
neon nerf is good, they only nerfed the bunnyhopping that made killing her almost impossible close combat, and the fuel is in line with the util tone-down for all agent from patch 11.08, not that i agree with patch 11.08 though
yoru meanwhile is found dead in the alleyway, murdered, butchered in 5 pieces
They made neon a chud, even when she had 2 slides, 100 % slide accuracy people didn't complain as much. The bhop tech has to be there in some capacity to outplay the opponent as right now she is running straight at people and unless you are gold you will be able to kill her 8/10 times.
fr they dont know how to fucking balance an agent either its too good to play against or too shit to even look at it same things with chamber jett yoru neon. like neon was good the only change should reduce the accuracy and no fuel recharge after each kills maybe 2 or none so she cant run the whole map and get kills like its a boost.
