In other sports they divide the game into different eras; it’s really hard for people to evaluate others when they haven’t seen them play with current competition or newer agents. I’ll just treat this as the same scenario since esports rules and metas shifts a lot faster than traditional sports; who knows how Leo or Sacy would’ve done in the Tejo meta for an example.
EDIT: Like I wouldn’t be able to tell if Wilt would be better than Wemby in today’s era in basketball or if Pele would be considered better than Ronaldo or Messi simply because different eras of competition and ruling, you can only adjust to what you know or face in front of you.
