Rest of SEA is too mush stacked

Putting MY, SG, TW, HK, MN and the real rest of SEA (Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Timur, Brunei), in the same league is too mush stacked, they are like, 5 team that could win the whole SEA split 2... It's also make no sens pingwise since Mongolia and Taiwan can only play on Tokyo and Hong Kong, and I'm not sure place like Myanmar can play on HK because of distance. (And forcing SG to not play on their own server isnt cool.

To me at least Mongolia and potentientially with Taiwan should have their T3 region, and maybe should be with Japan, since SEA is stacked, and it would make the overall Japan level better and improving the region. They would have a better ping than on SG if they have to play an Indo team), they should at least have their own "Tier 3"

Now, then Rest of SEA would have a decent size, but for cultural reason i'm tempted to only keep the Malay speaking country (SG, MY, Brunei, Timur) and put CB, MM and Laos with Thailand (Especially Laos since, they speak and are mutually intelligible language with Thailand), but i'm afraid it would make the region too stacked again. I just think Rest of SEA should be a sub

And I want your opinion on that. What would be the best way to make T3 in APAC in 2027 ? Maybe you want to suppress T3 and have only one big Open Qual ?

Thats basically the "Malay proposition", MYSG, plus Brunei, plus Timur (They are no reason to not put with them). I could go with that without a probleme, but if we do that we have to think about what we do for Cambodia, Laos, Taiwan, Mongolia, Hong Kong, Myanmar

Complex since they cant really play on the same server in decent condition, I rather have MN with Japan to make SEA less stacked
