Why only China region has different playoff bracket? Seed 1 - 4 basically start at the same line

Because China actually knows how to run a playoffs bracket instead of giving 1st seed teams a free ticket to qualification by winning 1 singular match

is it really better? Winning as first seed doesn't mean anything then.
But I agree that winning 1 match then qualifying to master is kinda bad.

well 1st seed means ur first game is against 4th seed which is pretty good
