V1c replacement

Honestly, i can't complain about the change. If it was anyone else sure, but notexxd is like ion level dare i say. It's an obvious upgrade

they ain't winning sht with xeppa still on the team

but they upgraded the wrong guy

note is easily the best controller in t2 americas but v1c was formerly a flex player already, and was already one of if not the best players on c9, it just makes much more sense to replace xeppaa
