is there a reason they started like 2 weeks after every other region? i know china always starts earlier than every region but i thought the other 3 usually start at or around the same time

I think it was mostly Visa Stuff, but also they might have started later so they could start on the new patch.
shaw said they didnt know about the patch until riot announced it to the public so i dont think its that
