He has proven his value time and time again, and even if he underperforms in finals as long as the org makes deep runs and makes money off growing their fanbase he is worth keeping on the org

Boaster gets as far as he does because he is able to micromanage the team into winning, because he's just that good of a leader. when the competition gets better and better it doesn't always work and sometimes he hits a wall and can't recover, and eventually fnc crumble

it's why he dominates EMEA, because he is familiar with the competition and said competition is also really bad
