well maybe it's different now idk, or you're at the extreme west of your country maybe idk but I've been told that Kazak play on APAC servers and that is why they get scouted by APAC teams

i live right in the middle, maybe in the most southern part of the country like Almaty ping is better for APAC, but i just checked and lowest ping was mumbai 200

considering how red is dos9 you are probably right maybe in sourthern part the ping is better, south here gets temp 40C+ and he is super tanned
