the dynamics of the team change
thats why people like zellsis and boaster are employed - they hype up the team, keep good vibes and make great calling
if you replaced them with a sullen 18 year old shooter who cant igl the team would play drastically different
i think you missed the point
any player brings his own strengths and weaknesses to a squad, no matter how good or bad he is
especially in such a team focused utility game one player can have a drastic effect on the vibes and ideas of the team, thus affecting their gameplay.
just look at comps diffreance and something had off day still inlearning faze of neon
