I feel like his 2 non signature abilities feel like the worst in the game and while his signature is incredible and his ult is great in some situations I don't think it's enough to make up for the rest of the kit

his sig is for sure his best ability i dont disagree
anyways if you could see the image i posted the thing about his tps is they arent really meant to be used like a chamber tp, they're used more as a rotational tool
it's like old chamber tps where you can be on one side of the map and then on the next in 2 seconds
in the image i posted his tps take you from waterfall on C to B heaven which lets you flood onto B (while his interceptor is on B mind you, so good luck trying to win against a flood with no abilites if you're on attack). and if they're going A he has like a 6 or 7 second rotate which is absurd. especially since you should have 2-3 people fighting towards A anyways so it makes it extremely easy to flood once again, or just setup for a faster retake
i'll agree his trip is the worst of his abilities however it's not a bad ability. it mostly creates it's value on attack because you can use it as a strong info tool AND as a convential flank-watch. it's better than a chamber trip though because of its ability to be thrown instead of placed. e.x. you're defaulting towards C with your veto on A. if your veto clears rubble then he can put his trip in the main choke and now you guys have ALL of that space for free instead of having to reclear A lobby and all of rubble (this works better on other maps too, notably bind because of how many lanes it has). it's better than a chamber trip too because you have to be close to see it instead of a chamber trip that you can shoot from 50m away because it doesn't have that property.
on defense it's pretty similar to a chamber trip, but again i see more value in it just because you have to be close to it to see/hear it. and veto works well with viper too because of the amount of stall they have together combining veto trip & viper molly. basically in my example i covered all lanes with veto/viper util.

Your description of the agent is more or less how I see him I think he's quite map dependent and I see him working in places like breeze split or haven but not on other maps like I personally don't think he works on lotus besides the rotates I'd prefer chamber or kj otherwise

I'm not sure the 2nd TP (haven) is that useful most of the time, I'd rather have it waterfall

i still doubt that we'll see teams running it over chamber just cuz theyre stupid but veto SHOULD be whats played on this map
especially since on attack he's impactful too since he nullifies the A fight like we see GE do all the time
the agent is genuinely stupid on a lot of maps and needs to be played more, whoever innovates w him first is gonna go very far imo
