i guess the reason is turkish cs scene had potential before valo exist when valo came out most of the young generation start playing valo and when a country has big young population that love fps they have more competition

its because in turkey you can see internet cafes everywhere and everyone likes playing game in here espacially younger ones (sometimes we skipping school for that lol)and its because cs effect too
