A lot of tier 2 teams rely on imports. The 1 import rule would single out half of the mixed EU rosters and the mixed Apac rosters. While I also don't agree with imports at all, if you are an import for a team but can't play on stage bc your team needs to get rid of you in order to play in the open qualifier that kinda sucks.
