I think the prx fans are just not used to the usual way esports teams are run, because in other teams if someone is inconsistent they would usually get dropped on the spot.
if u are a sports fan, u know dropping someone isn't that simple. they come 2nd and u want to drop him? The team environment can change alot and so far in valorant, it hasn't worked out too well to just drop someone mid season. The most consistent teams in valorant are fnatic and prx who have barely changed players. G2, an up and coming consistent team also does this.
a good example of why drastic change isn't good is liverpool. from premier league winners to maybe not even getting champions league football due to replacing so many key aspects of their squad
I think you are forgetting that Fnatic and PRX have good players unlike teams that change their teams a lot because of players underperforming. Usually If teams even have a one bad split, someone is getting dropped and you know it. Benkai and Mindfreak are examples of this, except for Fnatic since the players themselves are the one's that leave the team.
And why are the players so good to keep making intl? Because they stayed together for so long and built such good chemistry. You have to remmember dropping someone mid season usually doesn't work cuz chemistry is hard to build. It is rare to click with a new teammate during mid season

if we are talking about prx, a mid season change accompanied by an off season change has never happened before. It would mean 2 new players for the year. your argument for why it would work for prx wouldn't make sense

I think something elevates the whole team's mental, and he's a pretty good midrounder (from what I've heard, he was their main caller throughout toronto, telling people to chill and whatnot).
I won't diss you for having your opinion, "hey, that's actually good," but I don't think it's the right opinion.
