The team environment can change alot and so far in valorant, it hasn't worked out too well to just drop someone mid season. The most consistent teams in valorant are fnatic and prx who have barely changed players. G2, an up and coming consistent team also does this.

He called JJ a baiter, not out of anger (maybe a bit), but also out of a joking manner. The same for the first statement. I think something elevates the whole team's mental, and he's a pretty good midrounder (from what I've heard, he was their main caller throughout toronto, telling people to chill and whatnot).
I won't diss you for having your opinion, "hey, that's actually good," but I don't think it's the right opinion.
