only 2 possibilities: 1. nrg practices remotely, meaning all players and coaches prac from home. they might have wanted to change to irl and strong lives in uk and has a day job too doing something, so he got cut

I'm gonna go on a limb and say that he received a deal from Flyquest to become their Head Coach. In Strong's departure post, it says "mutually agreed" meaning both parties agreed to him leaving. That's the best I got
The departure of Strong has zero sense in it and this is one of the most logical explanations I can think of. Flyquest offered him a position he couldn't refuse.
could also be that NRG didn’t want to work remotely with him anymore, supposedly they were practicing online with 20+ ping before
I mean I wouldn't think ping would have an affect on Strongs ability to coach no?
