this new change will literally make him useless as post istanbul chamber. He can no longer hold risky OP angles, tp into other sites, and his entry ability will be heavily nerfed. needed nerf, idk about flash but escape abilities are already way too op but his didn't have range restriction, and had way higher time limit plus could let you insta rotate to other site and he could use it multiple time in the round plus it also allows u for more use like fake tps that can help u fuck up enemy crosshair and also on top of that he could entry decently
that's on top of his other kit already being pretty good

he's still good in ranked until like high immo because most people were using his tps right when the exec or contact happened anyway. the shit you saw ppl in vct doing with cross map presence is not a common thing in ranked
