One of my friend who started playing recently got his account catfished by some fake streamer , any possible steps to get it back rito no response since 3 days.

how tf he got catfished? contact support thats the only way unfortunately or you have to do some social engineering and get back the account.
He got his account back somehow through Google authentication and recovered it but still to play competitive, he needs to verify the account and it does ask for MFA through riot mobile but when he tries to it does prompt to log off all browsers , assuming the other guy has logged his account on his browser
