Look at the util used to set him up
the difference being they are the absolute best players in the world who have played together for years and have tons of protocols and you being low elo

Tbh they could. Jawg is insane on neon but again they can't just change comps with how less time they generally have to cook up stuff. They just got wrong comp prepped.

ns is the best at enabling it. Like give dambi to other teams almost none of them are going to achieve success like ns. It's not just about dambi.

Yea but its a slippery slope. If one guy shows what a neon can do, other teams will want to copy it in the future and then the whole game would just be flying and jumping neons running it down
if other teams want to play like the best player in the world on this character, i welcome them to. all it takes is years of one tricking and practice
Thats the thing though nobody wants to main a Neon because I''m pretty sure Neon is going to get nerfed at some point unless Riot really wants to ruin the game
