Thats just the rule of most t2 leagues though
The orgs own the spot
We've had issues with that before (e.g. https://www.vlr.gg/188548/angry-titans-vs-laterious-challengers-league-dach-evolution-split-2-r7 being FF because Laterious is an org that never existed and the owner was just scamming everyone - resulting in its removal with the players losing their slot)
Stability > players unfortunately
