He left of his own volition after XLG indefinitely suspended him, so it was basically XLG forcing him to leave.

The main reason is still his remarks. If someone said a few years ago that Americans/Europeans/Asians should all die and that they are all garbage, and you still choose to give him a job, then frankly, I have nothing else to say.
