make habits instead of relying on motivation
exactly, make habits. you need ~21 days of doing something every day for it to become a habit (even if it might still take some effort atp)
start small and build your way up to be able to keep it up :) you got this (and remember that there is no overnight fix to anything)
Motivation is just like short term pleasure. You have to learn habits that'll keep you disciplined. Thinking like giveup? What's that it's part of my life now there is no option kind of discipline.
I think you gotta ignore the part of you that wants to be lazy and just do whatever it is then just keep doing that.
