Is Waylay OP?

Agent’s got a double dash and insta retreat. And the saturate + retreat + 2nd player swing play feels a bit like cheating no? Props to the best Waylay players but I just feel there’s little to no counterplay for solo duels which is why I think Waylay’s a bit imbalanced? Am i missing something?

I mean... That is the way the pros use her.
Saturate is literally just a stun but better
