Srcc is just ranking the data and then subtracting the 2 ranks, then you square them and add them all together. Then you use that value, multiply it by 6 and divide against (the total number of samples cubed - total number of samples)
Pmcc is basically S'xy/(S'xx multiplied by S'yy)
S'xx is basically the variance but not divided by n yet
Correlation coefficients will go from -1 to 1 and 1 means strong positive correlation i.e. as x increases, y also increases, -1 is strong negative correlation, 0 is no correlation
Use savemyexams or physicsmathstutor trust, they should have something on pmcc and srcc
The actual S'xx formula is = (sigma (x^2)) - ((sigma x)^2/n)
