Both of them have been doing well in tier 2 for so long and deserve to be in tier 1 so much especially when there are still bums like c0m, zellsis, and xeppaa being allowed to play in tier 1.

Idk Boni wouldn’t get into any t1 team atm but C9 have terrible management so it would make sense
I actually don't even think penny is all that bad tbh, I just think the C9 system makes him look bad when he's basically being switched around role wise constantly and has to be an entry drone practically every round.
would love for stellar to get another shot in tier 1, guy has been grinding and consistently has one of the top teams in challengers when he IGLs
Please C9 or EG get rid of terrorists nepotism c0m and z0llsis for stellar. Not convinced on Boni need to see more than 1 good game.
