is it just me who thinks that this current meta is the best one we've had for years now (since pre chamber meta)
its so balanced at the minute and there's only a few agents who actually are through picks and we're even seeing teams run no yoru on some maps - cause yeah he is probably the best agent in the game. but still teams are managing without and running their own comps.
no doubt that either everyone will move towards meta comps as the season progresses or rito will make some change to deadlock or someone and make them busted and ruin the meta again but right now might be the time to give riot their flowers for making a relatively balanced meta.

I wish they found a way to make all agents viable so we could have a plethora of picks. It feels pretty dull to me that chamber and waylay have such high pickrate and agents like gekko especially haven't seen the sunlight yet LMAO. But I see your point for sure
This is a pretty good starting point from where they could start buffing Gekko and other low pick right to fit into the meta. Still this is a really good meta so far, a lot of teams finding their own identity like Nongshim going full Dambi Neon again.
I mean in terms of viewing experience its amazing but playing ranked in this meta is horrid, instalock reyna jett chamber and clove 90% of the games and initiators are weaker than before, gekko is unplayable, shotguns are insanely strong (tbf its been like this for ages), the outlaw is broken, odin still super strong, snipers in general feel super oppressive now that there is less util and you need to be a lot more efficient with it (raises skill ceiling but with a game with as many strong guns that are difficult to clear out with just gunplay it makes things extremely hard),
Yeah the constant Reyna, Clove, Jett instalocks are more prevalent then ever. Good VCT meta very rough ranked meta, hard to balance both at the same time, give each team 1 agent ban to stop the instalocks, I don't feel like agent bans are great but it might help ranked at least
yeah tbf i haven't really played at all this act more just meant from the viewing competitive perspective kinda assume that ranked will always be cooked
its a great meta but for some reason the game still feels like its dying atleast in the west
yeah but its a shit meta for ranked. theres no point playing the bitch role init. u have your util after whole ass 60 seconds. and u have the worst, most mid players ever locking chamber and sage contributing none to the team, same for clove. we already had people instalocking reyna. you cannot play the meta yoru good in anything below high immo soloq cause your retarik mates won't even listen to your flash calls.
