that's fair, a meteor storm ultimate would basically just be a v2 of breach ult maybe could've played around with direction/shape to make it unique but you're prolly right that a duelist having that kinda ult is broken since it would basically be what waylay ult is now just with a different effect.

Mostly just ragebaiters, they don't look as good as expected though with the PRX loss it looked like there was a tier gap and I at least expected them to come in and at least get a map off PRX if not win, and against AG even though AG only got 10 rounds it felt like g2 got kinda scrappy and should've won more comfortably

Concept sounds sick ngl, I think the ult being a little weak/gimmicky would mean that it isn't played consistently in pro play maybe more used for one and done comps even though the regular kit looks pretty strong for post plant.

I mean in terms of viewing experience its amazing but playing ranked in this meta is horrid, instalock reyna jett chamber and clove 90% of the games and initiators are weaker than before, gekko is unplayable, shotguns are insanely strong (tbf its been like this for ages), the outlaw is broken, odin still super strong, snipers in general feel super oppressive now that there is less util and you need to be a lot more efficient with it (raises skill ceiling but with a game with as many strong guns that are difficult to clear out with just gunplay it makes things extremely hard),

KOI and Apeks did not have great potential, batu and flor on apeks were the only two players who even had a chance but even then flor's biggest issues didn't get solved even though it was clear that if she wanted to make it work in t1 she had to fix those issues. G2 are one of the best teams in the world and are very controlled so they consistently perform, SEN are an S or A tier team playing against C9 who are B-tier normally but played horribly, the other 3 teams they played were straight cheeks. 100t losing to G2 is expected since 100t are ass. Also the other group was basically all 50/50 games so no win would've been considered an upset.

They were winnable on paper, in the actual games wolves weren't good especially in the first match against fpx (I only watched the first map against xi lai since then but it doesn't look like anything has changed since they haven't gotten to double digit rounds on any map)
