Just fill, smokes would be ideal atleast from what I am seeing, ik it's a bit difficult to pick up compared to other roles but imo a good smokes player is very important in order to rank up

he has 169 adr, i think the issue is prolly positioning awareness and movement.

We can't really give specific advice based off stats, we would need footage. You can have mediocre aim and still end up Ascendant/Immortal. The difference between each rank is decisions you make at every point of the game. Upload a VOD somewhere of your game so we can point you towards a good direction.

As a general advice, start consciously fixing your micros until you internalize it (don't have to think about it). Everyone knows that you need to have good crosshair placement, movement, strafe-tapping, bursting far ranges, not crouch spraying close, etc. However, most low ranks who know about that still has shit micro.
Whether you are holding an angle or are about to take a gunfight, psyche yourself and make a fast checklist. That is what I mean by consciously fixing your micros.
For example, if you are holding an angle, consciously make the decision yourself to correct your mouse to head level and if you will be bursting or spraying and concentrate. Concentrating is important as bad players tend to drift their mouse elsewhere especially if they are thinking about something else like teammates.
After a certain (long) point, you won't have to think about crosshair placement or how you will engage in a fight. Your experience will be internalized and your muscle memory will do what it needs to do.
Master one agent for each role
(for example, I master omen, Skye, deadlock)
Do multiple deathmatches a day (I do like ~20 a day)
Focus mechanics (Good YouTube videos I can recommend)
Improve voice comms
Learn how to read the map
This rank is hopeless i just dropped 32 with my teammate dropping 35 and we fucking drew and all I get is +3 FUCK this game
Your KAST is 68%, this means that close to 1 out of 3 rounds you just die without having an impact, should aim to get to 75%~ KAST or so.
You have 50% + matches won but less than 50% rounds won that means mostly wins are close wins and most loses are bigger gap loses, this is not a rule but it can net you less points. If you gonna lose try to get as much rounds as possible to minimize lost points so your net is positive.
Your HS % is good enough to stick to vandal but you have more kills with phantom.
All this said, you just need to take advantageous duels, always have someone with you so even if you die you get traded, ask for utils so you can get more unfair fights, abuse your HS% and go full one-tap / 2 bullets-burst with the vandal, try to master a good agent (Reyna and Clove ain't it) so even when you got out aimed you can get a good impact in the match thru utils and macro.
