Chill and fun FPS game recommendation

I really enjoyed BF and marvel rivals but bored too quickly after a month but game like CS and valo is too competitive for me rn.
Apex is a good middle ground between competitive while not too over competitive but EA is an ass company. I even tried that roblox game, rivals and arsenal but the game is full of cheater.
So, recommend me a chill FPS game, something that isnt overly competitive probably (?)

imagine doing one good game and thrown into a sweat-fest pred lobby (i was diamond at the time) also i dont like how they changes the LP calculation to rewarding a rat gameplay, dunno if they changes it but thats what i experience from my last time playing apex
