i think they're just playing it horribly they're not doing anything that justifies the viper
it's awfully useless in mid and they are indeed using it very badly but overall it does nothing worth it besides the ult
This is true but storm surge and new reckoning would get so much value in teamfights if anyone runs him
And with the way ppl are playing now you'd be so liable to get spammed through cascade
the gameplan is more to blame than Inspire there, they wasted the orb in mid all half long
it's not the worst, the one that covers bottom mid is pretty cool actually cuz it allows anyone to push mid during the round without being seen, but the second one that only takes site is not incredible. Pairing it with the orb was cool tho
