from what i saw:

alpha attacked omega & shot chamber, brim wouldn’t let viper try and save him since sage used her powers too much and is basically a crystal
viper basically has had enough of brim playing safe while all their friends get killed so they just decide to go to alpha earth and kill everyone before it happens to them
