They actually don't by the contract. It's like having an oral contract or word of mouth promise, whatever it is. Thye just say any parties will take all players to the best of their ability but actually they don't need to actually do that.
That's why you want a Thai org since at least those player will surely get all five players. Other orgs will use the contract lock primmie till 2028 and might not do the same for other four.

That would be shameless of riot if boom gets away with yet another ez slot. FS is the only right choice but yea they look at other factors too like orgs money and management etc
