ideally they are supposed to but it begins in 2 days and only 5 VCT EMEA teams have confirmed participation as of now plust FNC is gone for SOOP so there will be replacements
edit- Just checked 4 replacements So Heretics, Liquid and FNC chose not to participate + Pcific still doesnt have a roster rest 8 VCT EMEA teams will be there . Plus G2 Gozen has also withdrawn Karmine Corp GC is taking their place.
