If Effys wins another title that’s 3 straight GCC wins. If we’re talking pure fundamentals about the game of valorant and how to win.. how does a team like Furia not go get him for atleast a year? What do u have to lose? Go look at his resume and it’s stacked. All he’s done is win at the GCC level, and I can’t help but think what a lot of coaches say is GCC is where they see ideas and comps and use them for tier 1. If he’s ahead of the curve ALREADY why isn’t he coaching?

Honestly probably wants to stay with srg I don't see him in tier 1 unless something happens in that team
maybe he’s just not interested in T1, it’s not like teams are afraid of picking up GC coaches (loud got leader from g2g iirc)
if effys is a good coach surely they'd roll tier 2 with all this talent right?
besides i think he's got good job security here, not something a lotta coaches can say
his goal is to continue grinding GC xp until SRG reaches a competitive level within t2
much more impactful career than coaching a lower half vct team
A team might need to give a big paycheck to acquire him because GC achievement still have good credibility
my mans coming off a potential 3rd champs win in a row why on earth would he accept a low tier (he isnt getting a better one) offer for tier 1 where he wont win anything
realistically china should offer so many coaches a bag cause they need to catch up in fundamentals
I mean coaching-wise he's obviously ready for T1, GC coaches aren't limited in opportunities as GC players. I mean Jovi, Leader, like 2/3 more are ex GC coaches, so the only limit is whether Effys want to leave the SRG project or not really.
