China National Competition Season 5(2025-26 China National Competition Split Alpha) is on now! I will update some information here.

2025-26 Valorant China National Competition will last for 2 seasons, Season 5 for 2025 late and Season 6 for 2026 early. It divides into 5 Divisions including: Public Division, College Championship, Cooperation Division, Platform Division and Pro Division.

• National Division: Every adult Valorant player could take part in, in the internet cafe. It divides into 4 more division(South, North, West, East) according to geographical location near the closest server(South-Guangzhou, North-Tianjin, West-Chongqing, East-Nanjing).
• College Championship: Every college students who have access to the Student Information Network could take part in, firstly holding in colleges.
• Cooperation Division: Events held by third-party brand, such as X-GAME Qualifier which held by TJ Esports and ZOWIE.
• Platform Division: Events held by China streaming platforms, including Bilibili, Douyin(Tik Tok), Douyu, Huya. Most participants are streamers.
• Pro Division: Acadamy teams of VCT teams will play against.

Allocation of the top four spots: 1 for Public Division, College Championship and Cooperation Division, 2 for Platform Division and the last 1 for Pro Division.

• National Division, College Championship and Cooperation Division
  They will NOT stream online, so we couldn't watch them.

• Pro Division
  Only the final stage will stream.

• Platform Division
  It will stream all the time, and divide into 3 stages.

  1. Group Stage
     6 teams play Bo2 games to earn more points for the Playoffs.
  2. Playoffs
     Single-elimination, Pts#3 will play against #6, #4 vs #5, and top 2 qualify for next round. Games are Bo3.
  3. Resurrection match
     Top 2 teams got most tickets of fans, will compete for the last spot of final stage!

IG acquired BLG's second team, TPX, but not entirely. They added support player superguo and duelist ye. According to some rumors, ye's outstanding performance, combined with the already strong ming929 and gin in the team, helped them secure a higher draft position. Meanwhile, AQ, after losing grq, brought back youjun's younger brother youze. They defeated RA in the losers' final and advanced to the championship match. RA appears to have purchased DRG's second team roster, which was used during the Evolution period, and combined it with their original player nnono.
