Personally I think they're a bit underwhelming (In terms of how good they make Harbor)

The cove becoming an Omen style smoke is a pretty good change, but I don't know if it's better than having both cascades + the old cove

The wall is also a secondary now, meaning it won't recharge (unless they grant an exception). They also didn't address its biggest flaw which is how inconvenient it can be to place it

i think they need to add 2 high tied if only 1 cove smoke cause if they add 2 cove smoke enmy can full defuce spike with that

I mean.. You could maybe change hightide to the signature and then move cove to the other slot... Giving harbor 2 charges of cove with the same mechanics... And maybe instead of the storm surge we bring back cascade, because lets be real, cascade did things no other agent could (until iso), giving you a moving cover tool cover that moves so you could gradually clear areas... Maybe bringing that back and making the storm surge tbe ultimate... With cascade dealing the nearsight and slow on passing through it?. But you only get 1 charge of cascade, except it gets the dual speed modes of iso, and can go much farther. And we bring back old reckoning with the stuns replaced for nearsights on the geysers and just an overall slow when within the ultimate... Idk i feel like it could be better

... Owch? Im just trying to talk about what could be good for harbor, because lets be real he's dead regardless as id rather just use a kay/o in his position and not regret it

main reason of signature ability to change was when he use highted his excat loction was reveald which other smoke dont but that's main reason for change in signature ability

this changes are mainly for pro play so he can get used more so we dont see omen in 80% of pro games

But lets be real... Harbor's value as a smoker came mainly from the line smoke. Like you could make angles no one else could.
Cove, is less flexible in that sense... Sure dome smokes are good ill agree, but harbor's line smoke gave more options ans skill expression... Sure you had no way to properly deploy it... But now with the omen method you can...

that's why i am saying if they buff and give him 2 highted it would be ok not big issue harbour will be in nutral postion not OP nor shit

Honestly.... He still would be kinda like less than omen... Like if omen was high S harbor feels like a low A, because Omen's versatility in any situation is what made him so good on so many maps

yaa but he would be played more if 2 highted with 2 smoke in game old viper horbor comp back or you can even do harbor omen/astra

I dont think you have understood why omen is in pro so often... He's versatile... Need an entry to dodge sentinel util... Shadow step, need smokes, yes, need one ways (sure now they're less) yes, need a literal unavoidable blund thats guarenteed to hit if they're there and it passes through walls, yes... Omen is played in 80% of games because his util is that versatile... And harbors wall, like if you can position correctly... Gives you that same versatility more than omen's smoke.. Its just that he doesnt have any other r real aggressive tools to support a fight like omen... Which is why riot made storm surge to try and give one... But i feel like instead you make a cascade that does the near sight slow... It gives more value and performs similar to paranoia... And then with the 2 coves as your long range smoking tool, that while you can have only 1 up at a time, you can decide when you want to block bullets or not compromising on vision Denial.
I may be innaccurate on proper balancing but the fundamental mechanic that should make omen and harbor different is in the movement expression omen can perform while harbor performs an expression of a contact duelist sort of mixed with an initiator.
