Ya bro you gotta move on. This is not the rework you wanted. They removed your favorite ability (Cascade). And personally I didnt like this change. Lets see how it feels once it is released officially

Ya wouldnt be surprised if no one still plays harbor. His competition is mainly viper, and the current double duelist meta doesnt favour him. But ya lets see
He will be good in smaller maps. He will get spammed on abyss and I can see him work on corrode because of the claustrophobic sites.
I think he is even better on Abyss, especially if you're playing Astra, and on bind as well, but viper is just so good that it might not be worth it
Bind is vipers playground shes not going anywhere. He might be decent of pearl.
Basically the same as the maps he was played before. Mostly only viable on Abyss and Pearl
immediately off top of my head Abyss, Haven and maybe Lotus probably over Omen. Is it enough? Ehhhh... we'll see. Alongside Viper or Astra maybe.
nah omen is too good on lotus defense, no agent can replace it.
on haven in theory it's pretty decent, I just don't think I'd play it over viper
You'd play him over Omen on Haven, not Viper. Post rework that's not unreasonable because Harbor can actually like, smoke for himself and hold C/B site with his whirlpool.

it's not infinite wall cycling but that was already broken by the viper nerfs so it's not the end of the world
it's good at abusing B ig but outside of that I 'm afraid it's very limited
they made him less clunky i think this was the exact move that was needed
His best side is defense now instead of attack, harbor + astra will be good
Nah I feel like he is still attack sided agent. His ult is op for both retaking and taking a site. His other abilities can set your duelist up for some unique plays (and also spike plant and defuse).
lost of cascade def limits his ability to default or to take space, his ult is fantastic on attack esp after all the large aoe ult nerfs
