Added ability to hide/notice threads created by blocked users
- Thank you Laundry for the implementation idea
- Hide will remove the thread entirely from the page, notice will show a block notice like this:

Added ability to cache user flags & flairs
- Small performance update so you don't make a request for every flair/flag on page load
- Must be enabled in yukky vlr settings, under experimental

Images will now load when in scroll view rather than fetching all images on page load
- This will cause page jumpiness when scrolling up on threads with unloaded images.....
- Will help threads with lots of images load faster!

Added position control in sidebar images
- Was added a while back, but was never included in any update notes
BUG FIXES
- Fixed theme flickering again
- Fixed blocked user blocking entire threads if their name is mentioned
- Fixed bookmarks sometimes not appearing (hopefully fixed?)
