Project Blender Spotlight question

In the [vlr page](https://www.vlr.gg/event/2687/project-blender-2025-spotlight) it says that the top 3 teams will go to Phase 3 however on [liquipedia](https://liquipedia.net/valorant/Project_Blender/2025/Spotlight) it says that only the winner goes to Phase 3, and the 2nd/3rd place goes to Phase 2. Does anyone know which one is correct @Mods @LeoFaria @NRGskububu

Also, according to Liquipedia, FMCL is already in Phase 2 (qualifying through GC slot). What would happen if the FMCL mixed team qualifies through Spotlight as well since they're in contention?
