I think Larok loita hardballed them and forced them to sign full team. BBL probabyl wanted to keep them. They were not allowed to explore options like other players on the team

The only reason I can think PCF is allowed to ascend is bc Riot thought another org would get their roster, and slot, sort of like NS, but now they have no players LMFAO
