yeah but they had serious chem issues before. Lots of their performance also came from individuals having consistently great map by map performances, and they cant rely on that

lev 24 didnt lack skill or chem. they didnt lack anything, they were a great team, just two rounds away from making it to the champions final and maybe even winning it.
